Come see my session entitled “Change Management in U.S. and Global Strategic Meetings Management Programs.”
Implementing a strategic meetings management (SMM) program, whether U.S.-based, or globally, touches numerous constituencies in an organization, from senior management, to customer stakeholders, internal service delivery stakeholders and incumbent suppliers. Each constituency has its own concerns and potential reasons for resisting the implementation of an SMM program. This session identifies the various constituencies subject to change, their concerns, the complexities of global implementations, and a number of tools to manage change.
- Learn about the constituencies impacted by the implementation of an SMM program
- Identify sources of resistance to change
- Understand the complexities of global implementations
- Determine strategies and tools to address this resistance
